UGC NET July 2016

Dear Readers,

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi has announced for NET July 2016. Eligible candidates can apply online before last day.

Eligibility: 

i) Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC (list attached page No. 22 to 48) in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science &Applications, Electronic Science etc. (list of subjects of post graduation attached at page No. 19 to 20) are eligible for this Test. The Other Backward Classes(OBC) belonging to non-creamy layer/Scheduled Caste(SC)/Scheduled Tribe(ST)/ persons with disability(PWD) category candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s degree or equivalent examination are eligible for this Test.

1. Step One (Registration) : For registration, the candidate is required to fill the information asked in Step-1 of the Application Form, appearing on computer screen. An SMS / Email will be sent to the registered Mobile Number / Registered email ID which will contain the Registration Number. You are requested not to disclose your login credentials to anyone. If you do so, the Hon'ble Patna High Court will not be responsible for this. Such Registration Number and Password provided by the candidate must be noted and preserved for future use. The Registration Number as obtained will also be the Username of the applicant / candidate.
2. Step Two (Examination Fee) : Those candidates who have completed Step-1 successfully will login to their account by entering their Registration No. and Password and then clicking "Sign In" button. After successful login, the candidate will make the payment of the Examination Fee. There are two modes for payment :

SBI Online – 17140 Clerk Posts: State Bank of India (SBI) has given a notification for the recruitment of 17140 Junior Associate, Junior Agricultural Associate vacancies for Clerical Cadre In State Bank of India. Eligible candidates can apply online from 05-04-2016 to 25-04-2016. 

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 20 to 28 years as on 01-04-2016. Age relaxation is applicable 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation in any discipline or any equivalent for Junior Associate, Graduation in Agriculture or Agriculture allied activities for Junior Agricultural Associate from a Government recognized university/ Institute.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on online written test (Preliminary & Main Examination), interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 600/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates) through online payment gateway by using debit card/ credit card/ internet banking etc.
